1.Product Description The single-phase pole-mounted distribution transformers are specifically designed for the decentralization distribution network of servicing residential overhead distribution loads of town and countryside. They are also suitable for light and diversified power applications. These transformers are designed for the application conditions normally encountered on electric utility power distribution systems.
Offers 2 basic transformer types and 2 kinds of metal core types Conventional type and Complete Self Protect type, and for the transformer core, 2 types of materials are available: C.R.G.O. core and amorphous metal core.
It is designed by corrugated plate instead of oil storage tank, thus oil is placed apart from the outside world. In addition, the coil and iron core are treated by vacuum-drying. All these features aim to get better insulation performance. In return, the transformer does not need to change oil in long term operation. Low maintenance cost, extended service life.
2. Advantages

b.The core joints are of stepped shape with 3 steps, and the surface of the core is coated with cured paint to lower losses and noise.
c.The winding has novel structure and its oil passage is reasonable designed. Its newly designed insulation structure helps enhance its mechanical strength and the short circuit withstanding ability.
d.The oil tank is in various types, all have good outlook.
