Product Description
Qinghao dry type distribution transformer includes cast resin insulation, amorphous alloy and on-load tap changer type, which provides general security for environment with its non-flammable, self-extinguished, toxic gas-free structure and low noise level.
SCB series epoxy resin cast dry transformer is cast under vacuum with thin insulating bands automatically. The core is made of high-permeable grain-orientated silicon sheet and cast with imported epoxy resin. It is humidity proof and suitable for operating in humid and extremely polluted environments. They are ideal transformers to work at -40°C and more than 95% humidity level. Our dry type distribution transformer primary voltage range includes 6,6.3,10.5,11,20,22,24,33, 35,38.5kV and max rating can up to be 3150kVA, which can be manufactured according to customer requirements.

SCB12/13/14/18 35KV/0.4KV 200kVA-3150kVA distribution transformer

Main Characteristics:
1. The coil is reinforced with glass fiber and cast under vacuum with filler epoxy resin. It has good mechanical properties, is free of crack and inner bubble and has low local discharge, high reliability, and long service life.
2.The high and low voltage systems are cast under vacuum; thus the coil will not absorb moisture; the clamps of core are subjected to corrosion-resistant treatment and it may run under high temperature of other serious environments.
3. Flame-retardant, explosion proof and no environmental contamination. The insulating materials in the coil such as glass fiber are self-extinguishing and they will not case fire by the arc resulted from short-circuit. The resin will not generate toxic or harmful gas under high temperature.
4. Gas duct is embedded inside it to enhance the radiation power and over-load capacity.
5. Low-loss and low-noise. The core is lapped with 45°full-miter and the step-type lamination effectively improves distribution of magnetic flux at core corners, and greatly reduces the no-load loss and the noise level.
6. It highly withstands short-circuit and lightning impact.
7. Small in volume, light in weight, safe in running and free of maintenance.
8. As per user's requirements the transformer may be provided with casing and blower fan.

Applications
Mainly used for infrastructure, public transportation, construction and housing, industry, information technology and new energy power transmission and distribution.
Service environment:
1. Ambient temperature: Maximum +45ºC, Minimum -30ºC
2. Altitude: less than 1000 meters.
3. Max. air relative humidity90% (±25ºC).
4. Max. Ground ramp degree 3°.
5. The earthquake: the horizontal acceleration≤0.3m/s2 ,the vertical acceleration≤0.15m/s2.
6. The installation site shall be free from explosion danger, fire, filthy material, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
