Product Description
S13 oil-immersed three-dimensional coiled core distribution transformer breaks through the traditional planar structure and adopts three-phase symmetrical three-dimensional structure.
1. The magnetic circuit is balanced, the three-phase magnetic path length of the three-dimensional coiled core is equal and the shortest, so the three-phase magnetic circuit is balanced;2. With low loss, seamless three-dimensional coiled core, no high energy consumption area, fully played high-permeability magnetic characteristics of core material, identical direction of magnetic flux and silicon steel grain, the free load loss and free load current is greatly reduced;
3. Low noise, the silicon steel belt of the single frame of the coiled core is closely connected, the three core single frames are assembled and solidified as a whole structure and the magnetic guiding direction of the silicon steel belt is exactly the same as that of the magnetic circuit of the core. The vibration is small in working and the core is a closed structure, there is no need to cut the core for winding installation, the magnetic circuit of core is coherent and without air gap, which can reduce the noise to a minimum and basically achieve the silent state;
4. It is with strong short-circuit resistance. The three - dimensional core transformer coiling section is circular, the force is consistent, when subjected to short - circuit electric power, the compression resistance is strong. The transformer clamp is welded into an integral triangular frame structure, so it is with high stability and overall strength.
5. The electric field magnetic field intensity is low, the three-dimensional coiled core is compact, when the symmetrical coil structure can greatly reduce the stray magnetic field around the transformer.
