TPC-3000A closed cup flash point tester is designed and manufactured on the Pensky-Martin Closed Cup Method-GB / T 261-2008" and The relevant regulations of ASTM D93.C and ISO22719-2002, used to determine the flash point of a liquid sample. This instrument is designed with microprocessor control technology combined with true color touch LCD display system. It has reasonable structure, fast test speed, wide test range, good repeatability and authenticity etc.
The test process of the instrument is fully automatic, and the parameters such as temperature and time are displayed on the LCD display. On this LCD screen, users will also see the working status of the instrument and related operation tips at the same time. You only need to preset the expected flash point or starting temperature of the substance to be tested, and the instrument can heat up at the specified rate, and then perform ignition, flash point detection, detection device upgrade, air cooling, and print out the results in order. Eliminates the complicated operation process that has to be done by hand in the past; and it has both the automatic detection of atmospheric pressure and the manual input function. The instrument will automatically correct the test results based on changes in atmospheric pressure.
The instrument has powerful data processing functions: it can memorize the past 100 analysis results to facilitate your query and printing of historical records.
Can remember the preset parameters before each shutdown. The instrument comes with a hundred-year calendar, which can display the year, month, day, hour, minute, and second.
